    Hi Support,

    I would like to ask for help as to why I can’t see the box in ‘Free products’ area. Seems like to box was disappearing. I can see the ‘?’ help icon.

    Can anybody help?

    Do you get any Javascript errors?

    I see. Just in case, what version of Extended Coupon Features and WooCommerce are you using?

    Based on the screenshot I see you are using an older version of Extended Coupon Features. Please update first (current version is 2.5.2.2).

    Okay. I just updated the plugin.
    Currently do some test with it.
