Not Able to Add Free Gift on Cart after Coupon Code added

and then on cart page , add this coupon code : GKYEPWD

it said coupon code applied successfully, but the Free Gift item : https://www.wwmummygrab.com/product/yep2-%E7%9F%BD%E8%86%A0%E5%9C%8D%E5%85%9C/ is not added into Cart

unless i make this coupon code as : Auto Coupon, the free gift added automatically on cart.
if i typed and insert the code manually, nothing happens

I added the item to the cart, entered ‘GKYEPWD’ and it applied a free product YEP2 to the cart. I do notice that the iem is on backorder, but that’s fine. So I can’t reproduce the issue. Did you change anything which fixed the issue? If the issue persists, please temporarily enable Debug Mode from our plugin’s settings page.
