Hi,

The css has the class .page-id-6 which is the check-out page. I don’t want the option to show on this page, that’s the reason the css is placed.

I hovered the questionmark after the shipping methods. When i translate the text to english is says: You have to choose one of these shipping methods to use this coupon. So i thought i have to select them all. I deleted all shipping methods and now it’s works great.

Hi,

Ik kom er net achter dat jullie Nederlands zijn;)

Ik ben er dus achter wat het probleem is. Je moet voor de coupon een verzendmethode invullen. Deze verzendmethoden wordt pas bepaald op de check-out pagina, omdat deze website aan slechts een aantal postcodes levert.

Is er toch een manier dat er gratis producten aangeboden worden in de winkelwagen, zonder dat de verzendmethode is ingevoerd?

The message i get after manually apply the coupon is that the coupon isn’t valid for the choosen shipping methode. That makes sense because the shipping methode is determined after the customer fill in there address.
