    Hi,

    We’re currently using version 2.6.3 and we see there is an update to version 3.0.2 and it is giving us an error of ‘Update Failed: Download failed. Forbidden’ when trying to update. When looking at the plugin settings and account, we have a valid license. Any ideas as to why it’s not updating? Anyone else having this issue?

    If it still doesn’t work, please let me know the domain that you want to update.

    Hi,

    It worked this time. Did something change? We tried about 4 times before posting and they all failed.

    Yes, the renewel didn’t work out so I adjusted it manually.
