If a plugin does not work as advertised, please contact us through the support forum within 14 days after purchase and clearly explain the issue with at least these details:
- WooCommerce System Status Report
- Coupon settings (if applicable)
- Instructions to reproduce the issue on your store
We will try to fix the issue as soon as possible. We will give a full refund if all of the following apply:
- The issue is reported within 14 days after purchase
- We are unable to fix the issue within 7 days after reporting it to us
- The problem is caused by our plugin
- You are cooperative and give us the opportunity to fix the issue
