If a plugin does not work as advertised, please contact us through the support forum within 14 days after purchase and clearly explain the issue with at least these details:

  • WooCommerce System Status Report
  • Coupon settings (if applicable)
  • Instructions to reproduce the issue on your store

We will try to fix the issue as soon as possible. We will give a full refund if all of the following apply:

  • The issue is reported within 14 days after purchase
  • We are unable to fix the issue within 7 days after reporting it to us
  • The problem is caused by our plugin
  • You are cooperative and give us the opportunity to fix the issue
