Trying to double the free products and shipping costs everytime a user adds a certain product, It doesn’t multiply for more than one product in the cart. A bug or is it something i’m missing?

Set min qty of matching products to 1 if a free item should be given for every item in cart.

Thanks, but that works only for 1 of 2 products I want to add for free.

What do you want to accomplish?

When product A is in cart, add B+C for free. if 2A than 2B+2C.

That’s what it *should* do. Is there enough stock of the 2nd product? Can there be purchased more than one?

We didn’t limit product A. As you can see in the image in my previous comment, it allows you to add 3A but then it only adds 3B+ 1C instead of 3C.

I meant to ask if there’s enough stock of C and if there can be purchased more than 1. Can you send the url of that product?

We solved the multiply problem but are now facing a shipping problem. When I add products B+C they are added with shipping. When I choose free shipping in the coupon, they dissapear, is there a workaround?

Shipping rules will also be respected for free items.

You can tick ‘free shipping’ for the coupon and add free shipping method, but this will make the complete order free shipping. Otherwise you need to adjust the shipping settings, e.g. use flat rate…

A third workaround is to create duplicate products (for the free items) which don’t have shipping costs.
