Hi,
I don’t know. Is it also blank if you temporary disable the WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features plugin? Please note: Instead of ‘Products (OR)’ it will display ‘Products’.
If no, it’s not related to WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features.
If yes, please send me a screenshot of that page and check if there are JavaScript errors.
