1 coupon and the discount gets higher depending spent amount

Our competitors using successful following offer:

Up to 25% with code “XOXO”.

If you use in the cart the code than you see the coupon info:

Get 15% if when you buy up to $50 with code “XOXO”
Get 20% if when you buy up to $70 “XOXO”
Get 25% if you buy up to $120 “XOXO”

Is there any filter which I could us to do the same with your plugin?

For marketing purpose is the key to have the same coupon name always.
