Admin Order – Only coupon title shows, product details not showing

Hi

We added a coupon, then added multiple products to this coupon.

On the front end the products are listed, some have further options. Each product has a radio button for the user to choose their individual free gift.

When an order has been made, in WooCommerce orders admin we only see the main title of the coupon. No other details are showing. Our client has no way to know which product the user chose.

Should more details be available on the order form or is this not the intention of the plugin when multiple products are added to a single coupon?

The free item was placed in the cart and paid for. The problem is the details are not showing on the order.

Please upgrade to version 2.5.3. This solves a Javascript issue with IE / Safari. Enter your licence code in Settings > WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features to enable automatic updates.

Also, if a user does not click ‘update cart’ after selecting the free item, the free item will not be added to the cart. If you wish to automate this, you can use the snippet provided in this thread.
