Allow multiplication of the free products

The option “Allow multiplication of the free products” isnt working.
Do you have any idea why?

Not without knowing your coupon settings.

Please note that for multiplication to work you need to set at least a ‘minimum’ value. E.g. ‘Minimum Quantity of Matching products’ or ‘Minimum subtotal of Matching products’. Otherwise the system doesn’t know the multiplication factor.
