    I would like to automatically apply a coupon when a customer purchases product X, but only if that customer has previously purchased product Y. Is there a way to do this with WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features?

    Not out of the box.

    If the user is logged in, then it’s not too difficult to create a custom script for it. Otherwise it will be more difficult.
