Apply coupon when sum of non-excluded products reaches amount

At this point, the plugin’s amount limit works in such a way that it takes into account the value of the entire basket and not the value of products from selected or non-excluded categories. I think it worked by taking into account only products from selected categories. I bought the PRO version especially, but I still don’t see the possibility of configuring the automatic coupon in such a way that it turns on when the sum of non-excluded products reaches a specific value.

Please help, is it possible to set such counting using some filters or additional code?

Minimum quantity of matching products
Maximum quantity of matching products
Minimum subtotal of matching products
Maximum subtotal of matching products
