    Hi soft79 Team,

    We purchased the pro version because of this “it will ‘remember’ the coupon and apply it at the moment the cart contains a product.”

    Once the customer submits a pop up form they would be redirected to this URL: example.com/shop/?apply_coupon=coupon_code, after adding a product to the cart and customer clicks on view cart coupon is not applied.

    Are we missing something?

    Please send me the url to the page with the popup and temporarily enable Settings > WC Extended Coupon Features > Debug mode.

    Yes, no problem. It allows use of the ?wjecf_dump=xxx and ?wjecf_log=xxx querystring that helps us debugging.

    Something seems off with the request on the shop and product pages of your store. Do you have some optimization plugin enabled which does this? Can you send me your WC System Status Report?

    The only optimization plugin active on the site is WP Rocket and optimization is disabled for Woocommerce, i also deactivated it and tested the coupon with no luck.

    https://mntc.shop/shop?apply_coupon=mntc999 should cause WooCommerce store a cookie but somehow it doesn’t. You can debug this by disabling plugins one-by-one to see which one is causing this. How is the ‘are you 18+’ handled? is this a plugin or theme functionality? Could you try disabling that for a second?
