I am trying to add an auto coupon for a free gift based upon another product being in the cart. The coupon is set up correctly, and when the product is added to the cart, it tries to apply the coupon, however, the free product is not added and returns the error “A gift item which is no longer available was removed from your cart.”. Then, I try to apply the coupon manually on the checkout page and the coupon works as expected. Could you please respond with an answer to this? Thank you.
