    Hi,

    We notice the “Auto coupon” at Miscellaneous segment disabled (not ticked).

    However, when the conditions are met it tend to apply the coupon automatically. Please assist.

    It seems like when we apply the coupon the conditions are NOT met, the coupon saved somewhere (maybe cookies) and applied automatically when conditions are met. Is this the expected behavior?

    Hi,

    Yes. That’s the option ‘Allow applying when invalid’ on the miscellaneous tab.
