If a customer has typed a coupon code in the shopping cart, then adds another product that satisfies one of the ‘auto coupons,’ the auto coupon doesn’t override the typed coupon. The only way currently is if the customer knows to use the “[Remove]” option in the shopping cart to remove the typed coupon, which then triggers applying of the auto coupon. There’s a ‘Priority’ setting in the Auto Coupon section when creating the auto coupon, but I don’t see an option for prioritizing an auto coupon over a typed coupon. Is this possible?
