Auto Free item offer auto removed

Hi,

This is my first coupon with the pro version. The free version ran a basket discount no problem.

The offer is any order, any amount you get a free item.

We have it set to auto. We’re getting the message when going to basket that the item has been removed from the basket as it is no longer available…but it’s still in the basket and we’re into a loop if you click to proceed.

I thought it might be because of the usage limits, but I have it set to coupon usage unlimited, user 1.

I would really appreciate your help with this one as I’m new to it.

Hi,

Make sure the free item is public, is in stock and has a price (can be zero, but not empty).
