when the auto coupon apply, there are few line showing the code is applied for the same code .
when point apply then showing even more line of that coupon used applied.

May 20, 2020 at 7:25 am #15640Soft79KeymasterYou have 76 plugins active, so many potential sources of the issue. I suggest you try to temporarily disable certain plugins to find out which one is interfering.
Your best bet would be plugins that have influence on the cart content or prices, e.g. “YITH WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing and Discounts Premium”

May 24, 2020 at 12:13 pm #15664Soft79KeymasterI see that the points plugin adds and removes coupons during the request, this might be the cause of incompatibilty with our plugin. In that case unfortunately those plugins can’t work together.

May 25, 2020 at 6:04 am #15671Soft79KeymasterSo something has changed in your setup. What has changed? I’m not here to debug your site’s issues, only bugs from our plugin. As said, your debug log has about half a million lines and you have 76 plugins active:
1. Find out what plugin causes the incompatibility with our plugin.
2. Solve the errors in your debug.logThen we can look further.

yes, we find out is your coupon plugin causing the error and this also proven by yith point developer as well

That’s why we also sent u the log so u can find out from there, what’s line or code causing the incompatible.
So, this happen after update woocomence and wordpress, so is it means your gift plugin doesn’t support accordingly to the update? So can u fix accordingly?
