I have different vendors with different coupon I want them to be valid with the rest of the site coupon but not with each other- can I do so?

You can create a 0% coupon that applies to product X and configure Y as a Free Product.

can i remove the limitation from it?

i need all of the product under the category to be 1+1
so i put them in Products Operator and within Free product

but in every cart it gives me one time 1+1
not many
so if i want a+d and f+h
i cant

can i have this coupon operate number of times?

You can create a 100% discount for that category and use ‘Limit discount to: Every nth item’. Then every 2nd item from the category that the user puts in cart will be free. (Cheapest of every 2 items in cart)
