Cannot add offer to cart

Dear soft79,

When i make the coupon when people buy 500 euro or more people cannot select a free item.
I can select it but when in do refresh card to use the select item it will nog be disepear in the card.

it will say: Please select your free gift.

I hope you will onderstand this 😛

I’m sorry. The webshop is in use. I cannot turn it on and wait for response.

When i want to select the gift en press te update card it will not added on the card.

When selected “must select offer before paying” it will say Please select your free gift.

And connot be check out.

Hope you can do somthing about this problem.

Is de webshop online? Zoja, dan kun je me toch instructies sturen om het probleem te reproduceren in je webwinkel? Je kunt ‘auto coupon’ uitvinken, zodat klanten de kortingsbon niet automatisch krijgen.

Heel vreemd dit. Opeens kan ik de keuze maken en komt het in de winkelmand te staan.

Ik zal even verder experimenteren ermee.
