I need to Apply a cart discount when Excluded products are in cart but not to have the excluded products prices count toward the Minimum spend.
I activated experimental setting “Allow discount on cart with excluded items”: http://prntscr.com/f15w71
However, with that setting, the excluded items are counting toward the minimum spend.
Can you guide me in getting this to work in the way that I need it to?

It is still counting the excluded products toward the “Minimum subtotal of matching products”.

The discount I edited works when you have $325 worth of products in your cart, and it applies a $75 discount.
These are the excluded products: Admission, Split the Pot, Jackpot.
The excluded products should not be calculated in the discount amount and should not stop the discount from working.
