Every since adding the Extended Coupons program our customers are randomly having certain items added to their cart on check out that they are not paying for.
We are using the program for the following
when you buy Item # 1,2,3,4 or 5 you get item #6 for free and its automatic.
The issue is we are randomly seeing item 1 or 6 added to orders when the customer never ordered them.
I am unsure what either of those are going to do to help you. The issue its items that the coupon program should not be giving out what so ever and are used to base the other free item is what is being added.
