I bought your coupon plugin a year last April, noticed I am not getting automatic updates now. Just asking as I have noticed that one of the coupon codes is not working it says coupon code does not exist at the cart. On that particular coupon I have over 30 products in the section usage restriction – Products (OR). Checked it against other coupons and all looks the same so I don’t understand why it is showing the error at the cart.
You need to enter the license details at the Settings > Extended Coupon Features page for automatic updates, but since your license has expired you also need to extend your license from your account page.
Please temporarily enable our plugin’s debug mode from the settings page and send me the url of your store and coupon code.
