Change Coupon apply notice/alert

How do I change the notice “Coupon ‘[coupon]’ will be applied when its conditions are met.” to another text?
Because sentence like this kind of confuses the user. something like “You are not eligible for this coupon” or “sorry, you cannot use this coupon” much more direct.

The message can be changed on the ‘miscellaneous’-tab of the coupon.

If you don’t want this deferring functionality you could untick ‘Allow applying when invalid’ on the miscellaneous tab.
