I am getting the following error:
“Could not validate the licence. Invalid response from server: cURL error 7: Failed to connect to http://www.soft79.nl port 443: Connection timed out”My hosting provided has confirmed the server is configured correctly, with access to https://www.soft79.nl and https://lic.soft79.nl
Please advise.

If woocomemrce is active, i get this error

I also tried what you suggested to the previous user

and get a licence errorI tried deactivating all plug in first, then activating the one by one.
if I deactivate WOOCOMMERCE, the licence code works and PRO version is active
When I turn it on, back to errorOctober 29, 2020 at 5:16 pm #16584Soft79KeymasterI don’t think the license validates when you disable WooCommerce, because with WooCommerce disabled our plugin will not run. It looks like outgoing cURL requests (to soft79.nl) are disabled. Please contact your hosting provider.

If the ‘curl’ command was executed succesfully from the server that hosts your site I don’t know why it wouldn’t work from WordPress. If you don’t mind to give me ssh and wp-admin access, please send (temporary) credentials to admin at soft79.nl and I will take a look.
Alternatively you can disable auto updates from our plugin. Go to the settings page of our plugin, temporarily enable ‘debug mode’ and disable ‘auto update’.

So, I can work, even temporarily, if I deactivate debug mode??
In the meantime, I’m not sure they ran the culr commandPlease check it once again.

ThanksOctober 30, 2020 at 8:06 pm #16602Soft79KeymasterSure, you can disable debug mode. The plugin works fine with ‘auto update’ disabled, but you will not receive updates.
curl command looks fine, it’s important to try it from the terminal of your site’s server!
