Coupon being removed during checkout

Hello, we’re experiencing an issue on our ecommerce store where the coupons are being renewed during checkout. It’s auto-applied coupon that has worked smoothly for 1-2 years, until recently when a customer contacted us to let us know they can no longer redeem the 30% off introductory offer. The coupon seems to be added automatically now, with a success message appearing and the price showing correctly at first, but as soon as the user passes from cart to checkout, it is automatically removed. When trying to re-add the coupon manually during checkout, it also does not work – no message appears and the price does not change OR a message does appear but the price does not bulge. This happens during debugging (turned off other coupon plugins) and after updating all site plugins, including renewing all premium licenses, etc. We will need for support and debugging for this as we’ve just renewed our license and it’s still buggy.
