Coupon for least expensive item in cart

Hi I have successfully added a coupon that can only be applied once per customer for one item.
I would like to set my settings so that if someone adds two items in their cart the coupon will automatically be applied to the cheapest item and they will have to purchase the additional item.

Right now it notifies me that the coupon code will not work at all when there are more than one products in my cart.

Does this make sense? Please advise, thanks!

That should do the trick.

Also I’m not saying the person needs to put two of the same product in their cart.
I’m saying they can add anything and the cheapest will be deducted.

Right now when I put min amount of matching products as 2 it says there needs to be two of the same product to achieve the discount, thats not what I’m looking to do.

Am I missing something?
Maybe it’ll fix my problem when I add the Limit discount to lowest priced product?

Limit discount to is in the latest PRO version (2.3.7.3).

You can omit min qty of matching products in your case.

I have purchased the pro version and selected limit discount to lowest priced product.

I am still not following the preferences you have suggested to complete the task I need.

Am I explaining myself correctly? I get the notification “The maximum quantity of matching products for this coupon is 1.”

I need the cheapest product in the cart to be fully refunded, if there are multiple products, otherwise if one item in the cart, to be fully discounted.
