    I have the Pro version.
I am trying to implement 2 couopons.
All visitors to my store have to sign in or sign up.

The first couopon is for role user – Customer. It is an automatic 5% discount from their order.

This does not work. I have logged in incognito, and the flash message comes up that I am getting the discount, but it never actually applies it at checkout.

The second coupon is a geographic based one. I have listed the postcodes that gift the buyer a reduced rate for delivery (local buyers to me). Again, when I log in, I receive the pop up message saying I am getting the discounted delivery, but again, it never app;lies it at checkout.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Thanks

    JAY

    Please:
    – temporarily enable Settings > WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features > Debug mode (it allows us to see the coupon settings using ?wjecf_dump= parameter and does not affect the customer experience)
    – send us the coupon codes
    – send us url + steps to reproduce the issue in your store.

If you don’t want to share this publicly, please send to admin at soft79.nl

WooCommerce Coupon Restrictions causes this. When applying the coupon manually from the checkout page (while logged in as the account you sent me) I get this message: ‘Sorry, coupon code “repeat” is only valid for existing customers.’

    Sooooo??? What is the solution?

I dont want existing customers to have to enter this code manually, I want them (as role users “customer”) to get this discount automatically.

If the user you sent me is an existing customer, then there must be a bugin the WooCommerce Coupon Restrictions plugin.

If it’s no existing customer, please send me the credentials of an existing customer to test it.

    OK,

Here is a log in I have used to test the system.

I have bought through this account before, so if the coupon is working, I should automatically recieve my 5% discount.
The address I have used is in the postcode that I should recieve a reduced delivery rate.

    ************

    Many Thanks

“Sorry, coupon code “local” is only valid for existing customers.”

So, there is an issue with the WooCommerce Coupon Restrictions plugin.

But did the repeat discount apply at checkout?

    No. Same reason.

Sorry, coupon code “repeat” is only valid for existing customers.

And no one else using Woocommerce has ever had this conflict with the 2 plugins?

Try disabling our plugin and check if the restrictions plugin works well…

Hi, this isn’t related to the original issues but I can’t find a way to contact support or add my own question to a new post!

basically – automatic coupons are no longer working on my site. Is anyone else having the same issue or knows how to resolve it? I’ve applied many of these before so know how the coupons should be set up.

    Thanks
