Discount for Product A AND Product B

I’m pretty sure it’s possible, but I can’t figure it out.

I want to offer a discount if a customer adds 1 of Product A and 1 of Product B.

Each product has a price of $1.49. So, combo of the two products is $2.98.
If they add 1 of each into their cart, I want to give them a .99 discount.

I also don’t want to limit the number of coupon uses. So, if they add 3 of each product, the discount should total $2.97.

But, 1 of Product A and 3 of Product B doesn’t give them the discount twice. It only applies on combos of the two products.

Can you help me with the settings for this discount?
