First purchase discount somtimes not working

Hi.
There is a funny situation.
We give a -15% discount on first purchases – no other restrictions active. Just this.
Of course the ProVersion is active.

Sometimes (2 or 3 in a week) the discount is not given. I can’t find any pattern. The customers are new customers, some pay with PayPal, some with Bank transfer, some register, some are guests.

Does anybody has something similar to this? Any idea what it could be..

(Sorry, I first incorrectly responded in this thread about a different subject)

Can you please send me the settings of the coupon? If you enable Settings > Extended Coupon Features > Debug mode, on the miscellaneous tab of the coupon admin page there will be a ‘coupon data as json’ url which you can use.
