First time purchase not working

Hi there!

I am currently setting up a coupon for new customers, placing their first order however can’t get it working.
When I check the box ‘apply at first purchase only’ nothing happens. I have filled in customer details which I know for sure haven’t purchased on my store in the past.

In addition I have several other coupons running (when buying 2 from a category, get 10% off).

Anyone has a solution?

Please test it in a private window. A tag is stored in the session data if a known customer is shopping. Even changing the email address afterwards will keep this tag active.
