Force a free gift selection?

Good evening,

Is there a way to force a free gift selection? (when there are muliple choiced)

Seems if someone doesn’t select one at checkout, then they don’t get one. Could be a customer service nightmare if they by accident ignore it.

This used to be obligatory, but it could prevent customers from checking out. What about a default pre-selection?

We are having he same issue! we are having issues with the selecting free products at checkout. It is not prompting the free products to be added on mobile and will allow them to checkout without selection via desktop as well. It will add the coupon and discount but will not populate the free gifts. We have the boxed checked that they must select on but it is still allowing ppl to check out even without choosing their free gift.
