I have two coupons set up as the following:
– order $100 gift card and then you get a free $25 gift card
– order $50 gift card get a free $10 gift card
This would need to multiply based off of how many they order for each, so:
3 $100 gift cards get 3 free $25 gift cards
4 $50 gift cards get 4 free $10 gift cards
The issue is for the site that when I select multiply, it would check if the free item criteria is met, they would have the matching gift card in the cart, thus giving them a free gift card. But if they have other times in the cart it would add those items up as well and then multiply the free gift cards.
Example:
Your Cart:
3 $100 gift cards
3 event tickets
4 shirts
10 free $25 gift cards
Its a pretty big issue since we recently got an order and they added something similar and got 8 more free gift cards than needed.
Any help would be appreciated, we need this fixed ASAP since we have ads going up for it. If you need login information to check it out I won’t mind sending it.
