    I am currently using a coupon to give $100 off and add a free item to cart.

    However this error will appear after leaving cart and returning.

    The free gift is hidden on the website as it only applies to this promotion.

    Please advise.

    The product is a subscription? Can you please try if the problem also exist for simple products?

    Otherwise, can you send me credentials to admin at soft79.nl so I can take a look myself?

    I added a price ( 999 $ ) to the subscription, and now it seems to work. I will have to check out why it won’t work without a price, but currently it works fine for your use case (because the product is hidden and price never displayed to the customer), so I’m not giving it a high priority.

    Please let me know if it’s working as expected now.
