    Hey,
    we discover quite the same problem with attached coupons, even if we want to just limit to a first purchase.
    Before we activated the PRO plugin, the “Usage limit per user” has been used, but many orders had coupons with same email addresses. Now we followed all above steps, but still i can see in the checkout process, that the coupon will be applied with an already used email.
    Could you help us to limit the coupons for the first purchase only?

    What statuses do the orders that were placed using the same email address have?

    I’ve tested with orders that have been completed mainly, but also processing have been checked.

    I see that the typo mentioned in https://www.soft79.nl/forums/topic/free-gift-coupon/#post-16270 is still in the released version, I will send you a development version by WeTransfer, please try it out. I will release it soon after some functionality has been thoroughly tested.

    It looks like the coupon is not applied by our plugin. Do you have other coupon plugins or custom code to apply the coupon?
