    Hello,

    We have set this up so a free gift is automatically added to cart when a certain product is selected. However when multiples of the same product are added the free gift is not multiplying. We have selected the box in free products which says ‘Allow multiplication of the free products’

    Please advise.

    Hi,

    Set ‘minimum quantity of matching products’ to 1. (or 2 if you want a free gift with every 2 matching products, etc…)
