Free Item not showing

I am trying to set up the following coupon
1 Free bag of treats with a $50 order, We have 3 different bags they can pick one from. When I go to cart it says coupon added but it is not showing the treat bags to choice. Also, what do I set the general tab to?

On general tab, just set as a 0% discount.

On the free products tab, enter the bag(s) in the input field and tick the checkbox that the customer needs to choose a product.

The bag must be in stock, public (can be hidden, not private) and have a price.

At the minimum speed, I set it to $50 as that is what is required to get the offer. Somehow it still is not showing the items though in checkout. Everything else I have set up as you suggested above.
