free items not updated in cart

I have some problems with your plugin.
My campaign is: buy 2 get 1 free from the same item, auto applied and multiplied (buy 10 get 5, buy 2 get 1, etc..)
When I update the quantity of items in my cart, the free items are not updated
Can you help me?

Do you have a functions.php that might interfere with coupons? E.g. a script to disable coupons?

Otherwise, could you please try with a default theme like Storefront to see if the problem persists?
