Free product added at regular price

Hello,
when I create a “free product” coupon, the product is correctly added during the cart-checkout process, but it’s added at its regular price (ie. it is not shown as “free”). What’s the problem?

This may happen if you have a plugin that overwrites the product price. Can you send a list of the active plugins?
