I have three coupons setup in exactly the same way. If a certain product is added to the cart, the customer gets a corresponding free product. Two of the coupons are working as expected and the free product shows up immediately in the cart with the prices labeled as FREE. The third one never shows up in the cart. I think the coupon is being added because if I try to manually add it I get a message that says ‘this coupon has already been applied’. The item never shows up in the cart or on the checkout page though which is confusing for customers.
