    We have the PRO version. Free Product was working and then stopped.
    Free Product has no end date. Has sufficient inventory.
    Updated PRO to latest version… still no luck.
    Any help appreciated.

    Can the coupon be applied to the cart? What are the coupon settings? And please send me an url and instructions to reproduce the issue on your store.

    Thank you for your quick response. I found that I had 1 placed in the number of times a coupon could be used. User error (my mistake). I thought this was the number of times per customer. I have fixed this problem.
