We purchased this plugin on CodeCanyon and it worked perfectly for a few weeks. It is now not working correctly and I am unable to add a free product with the coupon because the dialog for products is no longer available to edit. You can see a screenshot of what I am seeing at the following link:

I have tried deleting the plugin and reinstalling with the latest version but this did not improve anything.
