Free products added to cart not included in cart count of items

Free products added by the WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features PRO plugin are treated differently if the customer is logged in.

If logged in free products are included in the cart count of items.
If logged out they are not.

if logged in free products can count as requirements for coupons.
if logged out they do not.

Free products should never count. I can’t reproduce this behaviour. Can you please send me your WC System Status Report?

Can you send me a screenshot of a cart where items are counted for the coupon? And also send me the coupon’s settings, please. If you enable Settings > Extended Coupon Features > Debug there is an option to copy coupon as json on the Misc tab.

First of all the coupon doesn’t apply a free product. Did you change it?

The only issue I see on your screenshot is the cd-header-cart not displaying the right item amount. Can you test if this issue persists with a standard theme like Storefront?

You mentioned that free products are counted as requirements for a coupon. I can’t see this in your screenshots and the coupon doesn’t have a matching product quantity restriction. Please send me a coupon + instructions to reproduce this issue on your store.
