Free products doesn't show when customer not logged in

Hi Guys,

First of all, great plugin. I do have one problem:
When i’m logged in the free are shown when the cart total is at least €20. But when i’m not logged in, the free product doesn’t show at all. I checked all the setting but can’t see any restriction that can cause this. Can you help me out?

What are all settings of the coupon? What message do you get if you manually try to apply the coupon when not logged in?

The message i get after manually apply the coupon is that the coupon isn’t valid for the choosen shipping methode. That makes sense because the shipping methode is determined after the customer fill in there address.

Ik ben er dus achter wat het probleem is. Je moet voor de coupon een verzendmethode invullen. Deze verzendmethoden wordt pas bepaald op de check-out pagina, omdat deze website aan slechts een aantal postcodes levert.

Is er toch een manier dat er gratis producten aangeboden worden in de winkelwagen, zonder dat de verzendmethode is ingevoerd?

Kan ik de inlogcodes naar een bepaald e-mailadres sturen? Anders staan ze hier openbaar namelijk

Somebody placed this css which hides the selection:

.page-id-6 .wjecf-fragment-checkout-select-free-product {
    display: none!important;
}

Also, to allow the Free Products to appear dynamically: copy wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-auto-added-coupons-pro/templates/checkout/select-free-product.php to wp-content/YOUR_CHILD_THEME/woocommerce-auto-added-coupons/checkout/select-free-product.php and comment or remove this line:

if (empty( $coupons_form_data ) ) return;

But; it seems that you allow the coupon for any of the shipping/payment methods so why not remove these conditions completely from the coupon?

Hi,

The css has the class .page-id-6 which is the check-out page. I don’t want the option to show on this page, that’s the reason the css is placed.

I hovered the questionmark after the shipping methods. When i translate the text to english is says: You have to choose one of these shipping methods to use this coupon. So i thought i have to select them all. I deleted all shipping methods and now it’s works great.
