    Hi,
    I tried to set, as long as user use this coupon to buy any item, they allow to free a product. But no matter what i set, it shows error “Sorry, this product cannot be purchased.”

    Appreciate you could get back to me as soon as possible.

    Product must be public, in stock and have a price.

    If the product is a mystery gift, price 0?

    Any price will do. Is it a hidden product? Just realise that if the customer finds out the url he will be able to buy it for the set price.
