Either by replacing the plugin folder using ftp or using wp-admin:

Using wp-admin:

1) Go to Plugins
1) Deactive the old plugin version
2) Delete the old plugin version
2) Go to Plugins – Add New – Upload plugin and upload the zip file
3) Active the plugin
