    Hello there,

    I created a coupon for a Buy 4 get 1 Free Product. The free product was successfully added when the matching products based on product category was fulfilled, but the matching products were also added on to the cart along with the free product. Please see the link for the screenshoot.

    Any idea why this is happening and what needs to be done?

    You have both a ‘Free product’ and ‘BOGO’ offer in the coupon. Choose one of the two and disable the other.
