    We have 4 different coupons setup that are marked to only work a custom user role – “Distributor”, and have also selected the distributors that the coupons apply to.

    When tested with the customer’s accounts, the discounts are not being applied to the cart, for all 4 of the coupons.

    When we tested prior to the sale, everything worked just fine, and now they are not.

    Any help you can provide would be great.

    Are the customers logged in upon checkout?

    Can you send me all the settings of such a coupon? (Enable Settings > Extended Coupon Features > Debug mode, then there ise a Coupon Data as JSON link on the misc tab of the coupons)

    To answer the question about the customer having to be logged in, in order for the coupon to work, the answer is yes.

    The coupon is not marked as Auto Coupon, so it will not apply automatically.

    We do not want the coupon to apply automatically. The users are being provided Coupon Codes.

    In that case, temporarily disable ‘allow apply when invalid’. Then, what is the message that is displayed when you try to apply the coupon?

    I’m getting a success message, but no coupon discount is showing in the Pricing Table, and it’s not removing the percentage from the price.

    I have sent the Test Distributor Login to your email, please let me know if you received it.

    The coupons in question are:
    greatdealer10
    greatdealer20
    greatdealer25
    greatdealer35

    Each coupon has certain products attached to it though.

    For greatdealer10, you can try MIM Safe Variobarrier, or MIM Safe Variocages
    For greatdealer20, you can try any accessories – All Safe Harness, MIM Safe Waterbowl, Reflex Vest
    For greatdealer25, you can try any Multicage or Care2 Products
    For greatdealer35, only works for the Clever Tank

    If you (temporarily) disable our plugin, does the coupon apply succesfully then?

    Temporarily disabling the plugin does not work either, but even when we disable the plugin, it defeats the whole purpose of blocking plugin by user role.

    Secondly, please note that prior to us launching the sale with these coupons. All coupons were tested and worked the way that they should.

    No other development was done that would effect this.

    If the coupon still can’t be applied with our plugin disabled it means that the issue is not related to our plugin so another plugin must be causing this. Please send us the WC System Status Report, maybe I can help investigating this.

    So when disabling the plugin didn’t work to activate the coupons, I knew that I needed to look elsewhere and I was able to find another setting in another plugin that was preventing these coupons from firing.

    Thank you for all of your help, I wouldn’t of been able to figure it out without your troubleshooting inquiries.
