plugin 100% OFF not working

Hi,I’m trying to create a coupon that discounts total cost of specific products (selected in Use Restrictions- Products) to specific users only (email listed in Use Restrictions – allowed emails)
coupon is applied but the discount is not 100% and it’s a random value that I’m not able to justify. Cannot find the mistake in settings.

Can you create a coupon without email restriction and send it to me (admin at soft79.nl) along with steps to reproduce the issue in your store?
