Plugin is not showing any information on screens

I just purchased and installed the plugin but when I go to woocommerce > coupons > Usage Limits, Products, Checkout or Miscellaneous all I get are a blank screens.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin and still blank screens. Please help.

What is the current version of the plugin you are using?

I don’t have ftp access to the site server. Is there any other way I can check a log?

I just sent you the most recent version (which is currently still pending for review at CodeCanyon). It fixes a potential fatal error.

If this does not solve the error; please send me the source of the broken admin page (e.g. right click -> View page source) to admin at soft79.nl. Maybe I can see what’s wrong.

Ok I uninstalled and deleted v 2.3.7 and installed v 2.3.7.3 and I am now showing tab content as expected. I assume everything will operate as expected but if not I’ll respond with any concern.

Ok it seems to be working properly but I now have a layout display issue.

I would like to add a <span> tag and “class” to the free item’s title to control the line-height. What file and line controls the display of the title so I can do this?

You can override the ‘Select free item’ part using template overrides:

1) Create a directory woocommerce-auto-added-coupons/ in your child theme’s directory.
2) Copy the contents from the templates/ directory of the WooCommerce Extended Coupon Features plugin to the newly created folder
3) Now you can edit the layout of the free product selection to your taste by changing the template files.

Thank you but now there is a different issue. The plugin seems to present the free products properly but selecting them does not add them to the shopping cart. I’ve tried adding them and “updating cart” and noting happens. It even presents an error and keeps the customer from completing their purchase.

Please help.

What is the presented error? Please send me an url to reproduce the issue.

Its not really an error, sorry. Its on-screen feedback that says you must add your free product to the cart but selecting the product (and clicking update cart) will not add the free product to the cart.

I can send the URL but I can’t allow the free product promotion to remain live unless I know you’re about to test it because it doesn’t work. ************

If you can’t publish the promotion, please uncheck ‘auto coupon’ and send me the coupon code and details on how to reproduce the issue to admin at soft79.nl

I see, your coupon code must not have any special characters in it (like space or exclamation sign). Please change it to auto_free_product_with_purchase or something similar.

I don’t see where I can enter a coupon code at all. Which tab is it located?

Would this be a factor of previous coupon codes (prior to your plugin) having special characters?

Duh, I used this field to name the coupon itself. I’ve changed it to testing123 and it appears to have fixed the issue. Would you confirm?
